Before I became a Director, I spent MANY years as a Compositor, and then as a Visual Effects Supervisor at Digital Domain for 15 years. There, I not only helped found the commercial division (I was the 13th employee at the company), I worked on hundreds of commercials, both designing visual effects and visual effects workflows both for large (40 people+) and small teams.
